Course Participation
The Heat Method Teacher Training is designed for educational purposes only. Participation in any course or training does not guarantee employment, income, business success, or teaching opportunities.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of safely participating in movement-based training.
Medical Disclaimer
All movement, exercise, and fitness participation is undertaken at your own risk. You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and you are voluntarily participating with full knowledge of those risks.
You should seek medical advice prior to participating if you have any injuries, health concerns, medical conditions, or are pregnant.
The Heat Method is not responsible for injuries, health complications, or damages arising from participation in any training, online class, or course content.
Certification
Certificates of completion may be issued upon successful completion of course requirements.
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they meet any local insurance, registration, or industry requirements necessary to teach in their own country, state, or studio environment.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, manuals, branding, choreography, training methods, downloads, graphics, and content are the intellectual property of The Heat Method.
Course content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, taught publicly, or resold without written permission.
Login details may not be shared with others.
Payments & Refunds
All course payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment plans must be completed in full according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of course access or certification.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Online Access
Access periods for online courses are outlined at the time of purchase. The Heat Method reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time.
We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control including internet outages, third-party platform disruptions, or device incompatibility.
Community Conduct
We reserve the right to remove access to any participant engaging in inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour within our courses or community spaces.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Heat Method will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our courses, website use, or reliance on course content.
Changes to Terms
